The Mirror Social Media Strategy

The marketing strategy behind The Mirror film was in part dictated by Crazy8s film society. We needed to hashtag and @ reply crazy8s social channels in every tweet, instagram post, instagram story and facebook post. I was brought on later to this project not at the very begging so I couldn’t make a cohesive Strategy from day one. But since being brought on I strived to use the colours that the creators were striving for in the finished product and followed their pinterest board and vision closely.

In terms of tone of voice I wanted to allure the audience in (especially a younger audience as the short was about teenagers) with a young and relatable cadence that used emoji’s often.
